All you're doing is putting a band-aid on the problem, you'll still want to figure out what's causing it as it could be indicative of a major pending issue.There's a plumbing thread in this forum from a gentleman who's a pro plumber, it may be worth posting in there and asking his opinion.

If you look at their nano bot project and Ray Kurzweil's predictions, you will see that we are roughly 10 years away from curing cancer/old age with nano bots.Overall, I believe that the boomers are already causing a shortage of supply which is already a large driver in the market.

we have also been renting out our house in Bennett. we had a little plumbing problem that caused some damage last year. during repairs, it was discovered that there was asbestos in the glue for the flooring.

They will also not to exceed between 80-90%LTC up the the MAX ARV.Hard Money Example: ARV = $100,000Purchase Price is: $35,000Cost to Rehab and Stabilize the asset is: $38,000The Max Loan Amount, using 65%ARV, would be: $65,000This example's Loan to Cost (LTC)= Purchase Price+Rehab Costs = $73,000In this scenario, the Lender would lend $65,000 (The MAX % ARV because your LTC exceeded the Max ARV percentage) causing you to come to the table with the remainder of $8,000+closing costs and reserves (as applicable).Hope that helps some and again..this is a very simple explanation

AndrewI believe you probably have the best advisor right next to you everyday your  Grandfatherand yes he has probably done some flipping but in general the real estate business is a long term investment and i promise if you look at it that way and set long term goals forget about get rich overnight cause thats not real if it was everybody would be rich .
