Internet installer damaged the siding.

Hello,

First time I have had this issue. Tenant had internet installed in my upstairs garage apartment. No big deal there. The installer even got with me about where to install the cable. All though he was rude.

Any way my wife went to go inspect the installation after he left and found that when he drilled through the siding he cracked it very noticeably.

I guess my only recourse is to call this big company? Then just look forward to being on hold for hours and hope in 3 months they send me a check to repair the damages?
