Keep in mind that Money Market accounts have withdrawal restrictions of only 6 withdrawals per month, so don’t function well as a primary Checking account, but would work well for a holding account for escrows possibly.

We never could dial it in, so we did not use that function.

Generally those inspections are just looking for the presence of the required safety equipment and function of basic living necessities (stove, heat, etc).

I wanted to use this opportunity to learn a bit more from others, and by starting (yet another) discussion about this area myself, I would be more capable of guiding the conversation in the direction I'd prefer.I fiddled around with the search function and had much better success finding other similar posts just now though, so I apologize for rehashing the same old thing for the more seasoned/active BP posters.
