Perhaps this loan app shouldn't ask for full docs?

there are many many scammers who advertise the exact same way..  100%   100% and 4%  sucks in the newbie then they go for the 500.00 app fee and then try to bleed them further until said newbie realizes there is no loan.. it works .. these bozo's will occasionally contact me on BP PM and go through their whole BS presentation.. 

Get a spending tracker app (I use YNAB but mint and every dollar and others do the same thing), and make sure you know where your money is going and how decisions impact long term goals.

Depending on whether or not you use it through a property management app (some have SmartMove built into them), you can choose to pay the fee yourself or pass it onto the tenant.

A lot of the property management apps cover all bases but some specialise in specific features such as rental accounting or tenant management.

If you go through a company's site to set up self guided tours, 4 of the 5 we scheduled were addressed by people who weren't actually affiliated with the company at all and were very quick to retire an application fee through Zelle or Cash app.

I hate reading so I listen to all of my books through an app called audible!  

I don't think I would need their wifi, we will create a shared ecobee account, they will install and add device to the app using their wifi.
