I recently at ended the 3 day summit and opted out of the mastery program due to the cost but I was contacted for the Jumpstart program has n e ever heard of this because I can't find anything on line about it or any success stories or failures.

Also, you may find that such programs involve two loans, one for probably up to 70% of the purchase price and the second lien for the balance needed which usually comes at an extreme price.

They are not 4 months long but rather either the remaining term of the existing loan (assuming they did not need to re-ammortize the loan out to make it work numbers wise) or they actually extend them for up to 40 years (depending on program or investor guidelines).

Without full accounting, most of these programs require so much data entry that the effort becomes very redundant.
