Has anyone try this program?

Hi @Omar Gonzalez, I have been a part of many programs including Rod Khleif's, and I can say whether you are a seasoned investor, new to syndications, new to being a GP you will get incredible value from being a part of his program. 

Are you aware of grants or low-interest loan programs that I could use to do the rehab?

Considering joining and looking for any reviews or recommendations if the program is legit and worthwhile?

However, I found out the hard way, that just because someone seems to be a trustworthy expert in the field, does not mean they are a good person to do business with.About 6 months ago, I contact Councial Glenn on Facebook and he explained that he had a course, but that it would be better that I join his JV Partner Program, where I'd get the course, and he would agree to work with me to source Land Entitlement deals and negotiate them for me.

I have a good amount of capital looking for cash purchases for multi family properties to start my real estate investing.
