Eric Spofford Section 8 Investment Program

Hi all,

Has anyone jumped into the abovementioned Section 8 investment program? i have a full time job that commands most of my bandwidth and I came across Eric Spofford's Section 8 program and I am curious to know if anyone knows anything about it that can shed some light on whether there is any merit going down this road? Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Have never taken a course and have dealt with over 500 Section 8 leases.

There really isn't much to learn about the S8 program itself.

The higher rents & corresponding returns implied are also mostly crap as rental rates are set by government.
