I do not get a lot of apps and showings for properties because my process causes potential tenants to self screen.

Open up a Word Document or a google doc with your responsibility, due date and a link to the website to make the payment or the address where the check needs to be mailed.You can also get an app like 'google tasks' that you can create a task for which would include your payment responsibilities.best of luck

However, I’m disappointed  that they have not created an app that has good functionality for forums and all the tools.  

We never accept partial payment for a resident in eviction status.Technically I did not except it, they used the rent redi app and made a partial payment, I should have turned it off.

I know we can lock the iPad into a single app (kinda like a demo mode in a store), but I have no clue what app to use that would both load to a predictable page, and have screens that are editable via the internet. 

Haven't tried it...but it does look promising if you're going to be the only person controlling the lock (ie guests won't need access to the app). 

'Application' in our terminology is our own app where we get D/L, SSI, employment, rental history etc.
