I now see a company called Lockey offers something but haven't researched it yet.Most of our guests seem to prefer keyless entry so not having to worry about keys is one positive.

Particularly with all the 506(c) offerings marketing themselves, and having $25k minimums, as many do, it is a hard sell to see how a Fund of Funds, who will have their own fees and carry make any sense.  

Guests seeing the real price upfront means fewer surprises and angry messages like “I didn’t know cleaning was 150 dollars.”Fewer abandoned bookings.

When I see more information, I will be sure to pass it along!

Many have received appreciation in the value of their property where it would make sense to sell and move  We deal with this on a daily basis and its human nature to procrastinate - in 80%+ of teh situations today we are seeing borrowers file BK before letting it go to foreclosure.

I don't see tariffs effecting a BRRRR model that much as long as you run conservative numbers (which you should be doing anyway)Small rehabs is minimal materials and labor - sure it may be 10-20% more expensive - a 20k rehab may cost you an extra 3k (15%).

We are looking to get into the STR market, but wanted to see if anyone had recommendations for cleaners that specialized in STRs and handymen that work in the Greenville, SC area!
