@Gova Reddy make sure that the developer brought everything to code with the city and everything s signed off. would they consider seller financing? 

Get inspections, appraisal, copies of leases, financials as far back as you can get, check city for any code or zoning issues etc.

Ideally, I would like to be able to call out a specific zip code and/or buyer type (divorcees, out-of-state owners, etc.) and canvass that group.
