@Justin Hammond Wow $50k in American Fork is a great price, I'm sure the condition of the property reflects the reason for such a low contract price.I've sold multiple homes after they have been through probate being sold by the executor.

I think a better solution is identifying MH loans with a more realistic risk assessment and allowing rates to reflect the risk, just as secondary market loans do or use to do.

Im going to flesh out some of my thinking here and excuse if its convoluted as Im also here trying to figure this out in real time....Here goes...I think the spike of sales prices we saw in 2021 were people who were overpaying and not really reflective of the true value at that moment.
