This has caused at least 3 major problems: 1) the market is now oversaturated with Airbnbs, 2) rental rates have come down bc of so much competition, 3) there's a dire shortage of workers available to service the huge increase in the # of Airbnbs.Wait times are often a month or longer for service providers.

My long term downstairs tenants have had issue with the upstairs tenants yelling and fighting in the middle of the night causing a lot of disturbance to them.

If you haven't done it already, call your creditors and tell them you have a medical issue that has caused you hardship and ask them to reduce your interest rates. 

@Nat Chan I am confused to why you did not have a legal right to enter the property using your key to the property.In some Leases, it states that a Landlord can enter without giving prior notice to repair items that might cause damage..IE water backing up, leaking or other issues that could cause damage.

When things get bad these folks stop moving and once you hit a vacancy you can't lower the price enough to cause them to move.  

Once you know what you're good at, you don't have put up with problem subs and others who cause conflict.

Sometimes tenants, especially sweet old ladies, are very understanding of events caused by nature and will give you a simple answer.
