For example I have found more than one site with multiple notes that predate the most recent transfer of the property--the borrower and the property owner do not match and in some cases the borrower has not owned the property for a couple of years. 

Somebody I know has a property that they've owned like 12 years and have never had a tenant stay for the full 12 month lease, and has several confrontations with multiple tenants there.  

Are there any banks that will allow me to close on multiple properties at once, or will i have to close each property individually?
