Double check all leases to make sure there isn't any automatic yearly renewal and make sure current owner knows not do sign any new leases, as they will transfer to you.

Zillow also is a great place to increase your audience as it post to several different sites automatically, such as HotPads and Trulia, in addition to the Zillow.I'm not sure where you can go that also tracks apps and screens in one place besides paying for Property Management softwares like Appfolio.

If I were to make an educated guess simply based on one line you pasted, I would think they are trying to say that upon the termination of the lease, the leasehold interest (the lease itself) and the fee simple interest (the land and structure) are not automatically available for purchase.

In your case, if a certain portion of ownership was in mom or dads name...then they married...and one passes...THEIR portion of ownership automatically goes to surviving husband or wife.Joint Tenancy does not infer use of marijuana:)
