I like the idea of the BP group, since it would consolidate this to a specific area and it wouldn't make a single long thread.The downside of a group is that I believe those aren't publicly visible to the search engines, so the general public wouldn't be able to find.Of course, my idea of PM would also require membership to BP, just like being able to see a BP group - so certainly the use of a group for this is not going to be worse than what I suggested.I owe a few votes on this thread - my vote button seems non-functional at this time for any post.

HOWEVER, starting in 2012, the 1099 will function as a tax form for ALL business to business transactions.

I of course will replace it but here is the rub....if a fully functioning toilet with an intact wax ring was damaged due to the extra weight...a new one will also get damaged...I cannot replace this thing every other week...it is not due to neglect that it is breaking but due to the extra pressure.

I'd say mowing was a managemnt function in carring for a property.I doubt if the IRS will dispatch a submarine to sit out in the lake and syp on the lot.What can and does happen is that accounts are spot checked, the luck of the draw, look and see what maintenance expenses there are, if none, why not?

The profits from that project are then disbursed respectively to each member.This is all standard accounting functions that need to be used in the company, it's common practice and described simply in the Operating Agreement BY YOUR ATTORNEY.....didn't mean to yell, but you need an attorney!
