Local Ottawa Meetup Recommendations

Hello everyone! 

I just moved to Ottawa 2 weeks ago and am wondering if there are any reoccurring meetups that I can attend to meet like-minded people! I've seen a few online, but a lot of them say that they are for people wanting to invest IN Ottawa - I'm looking to buy a small multifamily property in Moncton, New Brunswick this summer and use the medium term rental strategy. 

I'd really appreciate any meet up group suggestions or even just to meet up with anyone in the area to chat all things real estate!
