If you are able to start your portfolio and do the development stuff the sky is the limit I think!

Add to the vertical building constraints we are all facing but us developers on the West coast just cant wake up one day and have lots to build on.. when plats take an average of 3 years to go from concept to being able to go vertical..

As an architect I start seeing projects stall since developers didn’t expected to fund the huge price increases of commodities due to shortages inflation and covid.
