14 year old RE investor?

Question

Hello everybody! This is my first post on the BP forums, and I have a questions for any and all RE investors. How would a 14 year old, me, go along building a rental and development company? I am currently reading John Shaub's "Building Wealth One House At a Time". And have finished another RE book as well, and still have plenty more to go through. I am confident this is want I to do in my life but need knowledge to do it. I really encourage anybody for any advice/info, it'll help a ton. Thanks.

You've got a grueling four years until your signature will bind on a contract, but if you can get gig work and other forms of income going now, you can get a high cash value life insurance policy going that will give you a great compounding return so that when you can legally purchase a house, you can use the money you've saved to get your first investment property.

1. Start with a house hack. The BP Real Estate Podcast has plenty of info on house hacks.

2. Check out the Wise Guys In Ties video on Velocity Banking. It will teach you how money really works and inform your financial life.

3. Check out Denzel Rodriguez and/or Wealth Nation with Carmen and Darius. They teach the basics of the High Cash Value Life Insurance Policy.

If I'd done those three things at age 14, I'd have an eight figure net worth today. Sadly, I started late and I don't even have seven figures of net worth...yet.
