They will all be small, 100 sq ft bedrooms, and the whole building will be no more than 2,000 square feet total, which means that living room and kitchen will also be on the smaller side.

We went 3 weeks without any applicants, with most who looked at the property citing the yellow kitchen (walls and cabinet doors/drawers) as the reason for not wanting to apply.
