Try to educate yourself on state laws and tighten up your standards as soon as the situation allows.

Hopefully someone with a 3rd grade education will fix the problem.

There is no limit to educating yourself on the investments that you have made.

I’ve educated myself but I’m having a hard time starting trying but what are the tools to make the process more simple.

Definitely worth getting some education and knowledge on Stocks at the moment definitely some games short term to be made.

Our kiddos are getting an education on windows, siding, drywall, kitchen and bath installs...they complain a little but that usually stops pretty quick when their pay gets docked lol

I have not yet started, but I am constantly educating myself about real estate. 

Ive taken a lot of time to self education of life/business/leadership/investing/health, etc through reading a wide variety of books, listening to podcasts, and doing anything I can to learn as much as possible.

Sounds like a decent strategy, for the education side of things I definitely recommend searching through all the old forum posts, there's tons of great content here giving you multiple perspectives on different strategies!
