if it's an out of state TK property,  do you physically fly/drive over to the property to inspet or do you hire a local inspection and go by their report? 

I will be on the construction site building the homes physically, but the goal is to learn all the different steps from pre-construction to the buyers hands.

Hi @Bill Patrick,Please don't take this question the wrong way, it pertains to a niche mortgage guideline that not a lot of people are aware of that might benefit you.Is your daughter "physically handicapped or developmentally disabled" in any way, shape, or form?

Maybe look into private lending (prosper, lendingtree, etc).If your goal isn't to grow anymore but to switch your assets to income stream mode with minimal management, physical real estate makes less sense than buying paper.  

Oh, and in our county, if you purchase any property at the court house steps, you have to wait a year before you can gain physical control.

The records are available at a physical location but often this is impractical.

I don't want the Kindle version or audible version or a paperback copy because I already have a physical copy.
