If it were the better solution, Zillow would have made an app and agents would be a thing of the past.I realize this is not what you wanted to hear and you may not have that many agents in Anchorage, but try to hire a pro!

Brandon,If your new to this just a word of warning finding lenders on Social media of any kind you will run into all kinds of folks . especially those that say they can do loans with no money down and lower rate than you would expect etc.. and then the next thing out of their mouth is your approved just need to send us a fee up front .. usually by zell or one of the other pay apps.. these are 99.9% fake lenders looking to rip you off.reality is no experience ( if that is your situation) No money which you said you dont have any there simply are not legitimate lenders that will make these loans.. lots of frauds out there so just be cautious if someone says they can do the loan .. thats fine the only thing you should pay for is an appraisal .

I've noticed when I look at comps for rentals in the area 98% of houses have dingy blurry cell phone photos.

@Kyle Curtin Right now I'm using Stessa for bookkeeping and upload receipts to the platform once I take a shot of the receipt using the Genius App. 

And now there is an App for that 🤯.
