Hello,

I have a few rental properties that I'm looking to lease.  At the moment I use Zillow, apartments.com and craigslist.  Is there any other websites that current landlords would recommend for me to use so that I can attract potential tenants?

I'm not sure exactly what your strategy is, but here is my list of sites for each strategy. I'm currently rent-by-rooming, so I haven't used all the sites listed. I just compiled this list for whenever I do use another strategy.

Traditional Long Term Rental:

Rent-by-room Rental:

- Airbnb (with 30 day minimum stay)
