How do you prefer to run your books?

Goooood afternoon everyone!

I wanted to start a quick conversation, and hear the different ways that folks record their property expenses and keep track of everything in residential buy and hold/househack applications.

I have used Intuit Quickbooks after chatting with my CPA during tax time last year and absolutely love the platform. It is very cheap to use, a simple interface, and very efficient to just take photos of the receipts from Home Depot or Lowe’s, etc.

What methods do you prefer to keep your books together?

Happy Monday!

@Kyle Curtin Right now I'm using Stessa for bookkeeping and upload receipts to the platform once I take a shot of the receipt using the Genius App. I've tried using QB before and just quite complicated for me, if I can find someone to do my bookkeeping in the future they can use QB on my behalf.
