Not that selling real estate as a broker is a walk in the park but done right and you get established it can be a lifelong career and well paying with a lot of flexibility on your time.. especially now a days where its rare that agents work out of the office..  

Well my point was that as far as the rental “season” for these college students finding new housing, we are still right on track here in my area.

The next door neighbor also has to tear down his house and it can potentially be a package deal situation if it can work out.

If it were me, I would try to work out a deal with the tenant that works for both of you.
