New Realtor, working on my first deal...ATLANTA

Hey everyone!! I'm a new realtor, here in Atlanta, Ga. I'm currently in the middle of my first deal and I feel like a fish out of the water.

What looked like a great deal is now in danger...now that we have it under contract. Even though I am with a broker, I'm feeling kind of alone in this. Any advice would be welcome and greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!

Hi LaToya, why is the deal in danger? Any details (without breaking confidentiality, obviously) would make it much easier for people to provide advice.
