I'm tired to be late.

Theres a Hankook tire factory going in at exit 8 with an expected 1800+ jobs.

I grew up in California and lived all over the state until I got tired of the ridiculous taxes and moved up to Washington.

Now that times are good and the media is hyping how much money experienced investors are allegedly making, everyone is tired of their 9-5 and ready to be their own boss again.

Folks are probably tired of hearing this because this will be the third time I've said this in a single thread.  

Many people are just tired of being landlords, if you can give them a monthly payment but save them a headache you may be their knight in shining armor.

A college kid's dad called and requested a new driveway since the existing one was 'rough' on his son's expensive tires.

It sounds like you have made up your mind, if you are confident that you can do it nobody is stopping you, but if I were you I might pick a property manager in town that you would use if you had to so that if you got tired of self managing and wanted to switch you could do so with a bit more confidence.

Also high vacancies in the property may indicate that the owners are distressed/tired landlords and possibly lead to a better price thru negotiations.

I'm tired of people posting anything they like with zero accountability.
