A lot of investor buyers I work with can't get over that negative cash flow and simplifying things this way makes them realize the pictures is much bigger.I would not advise anyone on doing this method of investing.

I'd say that Steve's method is probably a better bet, unless the apartment building is garden style where you've got access to all the doors.
