Quick, upward, investment and development?

If you are complaining that you aren't allowed to say "Hey, I develop there, PM me" or offer some service outside the marketplace, then that is true.

Then based on what you’ve learned and maybe with some help from those successful people you’ve met, develop a plan, and start with Step 1...

Plenty of developing areas where taxes are under $1,500 a year.

I reached out to a Real Estate Agent that I am developing a relationship with and she recommended a few loan officers/mortgage bankers. 

I would suggest checking those out to help you develop your base focus and action plan. 

I do this because I am acutely aware of how financially stupid I was with my money in the past, and how throughout my life, I've developed bad habits and negative attitudes towards the very things that matter greatly in terms of success as an investor and entrepreneur.
