These features will get people excited to rent and will make you happy to live in the home yourself.

The RC is calculated using the sq footage, construction, # baths, # of kitchens, features (flooring, wall covering, ..), and location.  

This watermark needs to be MUCH smaller and located in an area that isn't blocking the main feature of the picture.The pictures themselves I do not like.

There is a very high demand for nicely renovated homes, and from the pictures I noticed that these had a lot of dated features.
