Didnt there used to be a zillow search type feature where I can search for listings and sort by Rent:Price ratio or something like that?

. - Integrated device (locks/thermostats/etc) features are nice, but with only 2-4 devices included in main subscription a clear upsell on larger rentals. 

Currently have 40 doors which I self manage and looking to upgrade from the simple Landlordy app I currently use to something with more Features so I can focus on having more free time. 

Do not need too many features that I don't need and complicates stuff.I have access to Realtor forms, marketing, etc. 

A lot of the comments here are referencing dated feature sets.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

We use all the screening features and I have no complaints.

I started looking into more things a LLM (large language model) would be capable of doing and started working on a couple features to help with some of the repetitive data entry I was doing every month.I'm curious about learning how people do bookkeeping and some of the things they dread doing?
