Property management software: focus on rent collection and accounting

Is there a simpler software solution to securely collect rent? Do not need too many features that I don't need and complicates stuff.

I have access to Realtor forms, marketing, etc. So just need a software to send rent invoices, collect rent, and record them securely.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@David Song

I recommend Baselane or RentRedi if you want something simple and plan to do it yourself. QBO if you want robust and plan to scale and eventually hire a bookkeeper/accountant to run your books for you.
