Innago software reviews

I recently started using Innago for our property management software. I did a bunch of research to decide which would be the best, and this was the best option. Has anyone used Innago before or are using it now? The best recommendations and reviews come from each other :-) . Thank you so much in advance for your reviews! Have a wonderful day!

Ok perfect thank you so much for this! I uploaded our application and lease, but I think it's going to be easier to just generate one through them for easy signatures. Have you tried the screening option on it? If so, how accurate were the results? Does it help with marketing a new property for renters? Again, thank you so much for your help with this!

We use all the screening features and I have no complaints. The $35 background check is a minimum and I require all applicants to pay for it. That's like step 1 of our screening process. This alone weeds out people...

Still have to verify income, try to call references, search records for court cases, do a showing, and get a vibe for the individual, etc.

All you can do is weed out red flag applicants (sometimes yellow flags), treat every applicant the same, and don't discriminate.
