I just had an offer accepted on a home and I am most likely going to withdraw the offer based on this recent update, but any insight from investors in the region would be appreciated!!

If you are held up waiting for a CO because the Inspector wont accept the work with out sign off of a licensed Electrician you will loss any saving by having the work done by an unlicensed contractor.

I haven't necessarily brought this up with my employer, but I also don't want to get ahead of myself (i.e. take the MLO/Broker License test and then cause issue with my current position).Ultimately, the plan would be to get my MLO/Broker License, and operate my own mortgage brokerage.

Home was active on MLS, offer was made and accepted.

The Realtor that tried to still convince that seller to list with them, by contrast, not only didn't get THAT listing, they also won't get the FUTURE business because they failed the integrity test.

We just won a bid on a house, but instead of the buyer accepting our highest and best at 405,000, they countered with:  How about 390,000 but you (the buyer) cover any deficiency in cash at closing. 

However, with that said, if you would like to provide their contact information I will definitely accept.
