I had to take some of the money back or pay penalties.I've read where I could start a self employeed Property management company and pay myself whatever I would need to in order to make IRA contributions but then I'm looking at 15% self employment tax.

I have started my journey by doing code calls and posting on socal media. in those code calls I have seen that where I am more succesfull is when talking to contractors or investors. my question four you all is what tips do you guys give me to find more real estate investor and how to better interact with them.
