I am new to the Bigger Pockets format. I have just bought my first long distance rental I am in New York and the house is Birmingham, Alabama and I am looking to put it with a property management company. I've reached out to Renters Warehouse. I would like to get some feedback on them if anybody has use them either in Alabama or any other state. Any information would be wonderful.
