Nosy Neighbor service?

Question

Have any realtors had any experience with the nosy neighbor service? For a 6 month commitment, $749 per month they offer their services which include automated farming, automatic emails, mobile app, digital ads, mailers, etc. My wife is a newer realtor and trying to get her feet off the ground. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

That was 2 years agoo....My understanding is Nosy Neighbor has been improved over time, and I just signed up today.

If you go on Redditt you will read a few negatives. I read the negative comments, none jumped out like: "They ripped me off!!  the biggest concerns were the elements in NN you can do yourself. Which is kind of self-defeating. Of course, if you can do everything the program does yourself, you will save $750 a month. The problem is being that consistent and having the time each day dedicated to each step.

The coach made if very clear, you CAN do it by yourself and maybe just use the availability of KVcore/Bold Trail squeeze pages, get your own mailing system for the post cards, or you use a vendor for a couple hundred a month to mail them out. NN allow you up to 500 cards a month or roughly 20+ a day. By the way my brokerage pays for BoldTrail. I would never recommend purchasing the CRM just so you could use this program.

The most important element is the  'follow-up' and it helps you there too. There is a lot you can forget to do, or think, 'It wont make that much difference' etc. But the program does not forget to do it for you, or to remind you it needs to done if it's a step you have to carry out.

I am just starting but will keep you updated. Realistically, $9000 a year is roughly one commission. So if one is hoping for at least several transactions over the remainder of the year, the cost is not really that prohibitive for the support, services, and material you receive.

I would not recommend it for a 'new' agent. If you are just learning how to work with clients face to face, I recommend doing that for a good 6 mos to year, before paying for a program where dealing directly with clients is a major step in the process. The fact is if you use NN the way it was designed, direct contact, regular calls, texts or emails with people you are contacting is essential. You need to get down the basic skills first! I

I will keep you updated how it works out for me, and let you know of any caveats. I bought into it because how the program is systemized is how you  should be working to start with. I think it may be possible to have your own system in place, after a year of working with this one. At least you will know all the strong points, and the weaknesses as well. Its human nature to work any program the best way that suits you, as long as you are getting the results you planned for. I hope this make sense!
