Gradually work on getting tenants switched over. in my experience tenants that pay in the mail get used to it and may not like doing things online.

I’m reliant on online real estate websites for research and when my very busy PM can visit a property instead of just going myself.

We have been doing online meetups do to covid but a few of us can meetup in person if you are interested.

There is a ton of free information online.

So I plan on getting a credit card, there is a whole bunch of available info online about first credit cards so I think I should be good. 

Quick update, I spend an hour on the phone with SBA and spoke to 2 different reps.First rep read off an "internal" list of approved and non-approved uses, but was unable to send it to me nor point me to any documentation online that gives specific examples.

Most underwriters will see the condition of the property through the appraisal pictures and/or MLS photos and deem the property "insufficient collateral" or "unsafe conditions" with missing drywall and insulation.

Better to get solid local legal advice than to solicit advice from random online strangers all over the country who know nothing about your transaction.

Online reviews are great... but would love to hear from anyone on here who has used them.
