We acquired another property at the end of January into which we've started by ordering the kitchen cabinets which will be here in a couple days and we'll roll right into that project!

hi from austin tx. so been hanging around here trying to figure out how i wanted to get started. well figured it out. i am selling my house, cashing it out, because i do not want to use it as a rental. bought another house that i will hack then turn it into a rental in a cpl years but in the mean time i am looking at additional properties in areas outside of austin even out of state.my goal is 10 properties before i retire, from my current job, in 6 years. i am looking especially in rural areas.

Consider finishing several inches of the outside edges of the treads and risers, and doing a carpet runner in a simple but very elegant material, different from the upstairs, maybe in a subtle pattern.Then, gotta replace all that outdated tile in what I assume is the entry, and make that guest bath an absolute KNOCKOUT!

Thank you all for welcoming me, I look forward to listening to the pod cast to get more educated on what's new, what's old and what's works today, I know a lot has changed in the last 4-5 years, with the housing market, even in a good market for homebuyers, I need to be more sharp on what applications and techniques work, I also have a question is it better to be a realtor in the investing segment of real estate?
