I'm a newbie investor and realtor in Denver. I'm wondering if you have any input to a service provider that can help with business entities as well as trust accounts and financial advisement. I have been told repeatedly to use Nevada corporate headquarters, and the name Pensco comes up often for investment IRAs. Has anybody out there used either of these companies? Is there a simple idea of the fees that might be involved for setting up these business accounts? Of course the IRA part is always TBD, but anybody using NCH For business account administration? Anyone have an overlying business with multiple business underneath (operations, sales/career income, prop mgmt, construction, etc)?
