We are trying to put this in writing but all the referral agreements we've found are for referring a prospect, not property.

Good morning, I am looking for references for contractors, specifically painters in Portland Oregon. 

Can anyone out there refer me to someone they have used for their own property sale? 

Always check references on partners, builders, etc. 

Zero.I think a better idea may be to ask for a reference letter from a lender for personal guarantees in cases where this creates nice alignment.
