I'm an expert in submarket analysis and have data from the North Austin/Georgetown area all the way down to San Antonio.

Currently I work in Tech, Cyber Security and Data Network for enterprise networks with 25 year of experience.

Maybe setup a google notification if you want data in that specific area?

A great resource for learning which market data points to look at is Neil Bawa's podcast.
