Hi all, where can I post an investment property I’d like to sell. It’s my own property. I’m a real estate broker, and want to avoid a buyers commission. Is that allowed here as it’s my own property. Thanks in advanced

@Ghassan Shalabi you can post is on Zillow and Trulia FSBO. You should disclose that you are a broker as per your association of Realtors rules apply. I suggest that you offer a commission for agents that bring a buyer. Otherwise, they will not show your property. As a broker, I would think that you know how to market a property. A public open house, well advertised as opposed to an agent open house, which is a waste of time in my opinion.
