Tenant fills out app and pays fee,   you screen in the software, deny or accept.   

Due to the amount of units we have, this seems fairly easy at this point, but wanted to get the BP take on things.What software/app could we use for billing our 4 tenants in each townhome?

We have owned property in Burlington/Dundas ON for many years & the rent controls are a pita but the Cap App is beyond amazing.

I would buy another copy if will be at some point I like the features on their iphone app.

Then we look at historical (if available) numbers for Other Income (laundry, late fees, app fees etc) and underwrite to a conservative estimate of total Other Income.

Io have been driving for dollars here in Indianapolis where I live for a couple of months.
