I started as a wholesaler in the Fargo/Moorhead area of ND and MN. I've since transitioned to mobile home investing and it seems to be a good choice. Its a much smaller market with much less competition than I was anticipating and I'm looking for others to network with. I'm also beginning my foray into raw land investing. I'm in need of partners, lenders, rehabbers, and more! Experience: I've had a range of experiences from property management, to flipping, to wholesaling. In the past few years I've partnered on flips and wholesales. Wholesaling isn't my favorite strategy although I'm always willing to be proved wrong. I've spent the majority of my investments in flips of mobile homes. I did have 3 years as a manager of 24 unit property in a low income neighborhood so I've learned a ton about that. Now, I've recently left my 9-5 job to go into real estate full time and I'm looking forward to it. The plan is to stick with mobile homes (a niche specific field and something I understand) while also dabbling in raw land in SW states. I've run a 300+ member meetup in Fargo, Nd for 3 years and started the new Chambana Real Estate Investors Meetup in Champaign/Urbana IL. Real Estate Goals: Short term and ongoing: Purchase mobile home parks in Central, IL and improve the property. Mid Term: Continue acquiring cash flowing properties and build the business. I hope to be investing in performing and non performing notes in the next 4-8 years. Long Term: Secure cash flowing properties which can support my real estate business, myself, current and future family, all allowing myself to further help others in the world and travel.
