Hey all,This is not specific to my area but the HOA where few of our units are was wondering of any service/portal where they can send out meetings/alerts/news about the community i.e. water line being shut off....etc...

I got the drawings done and submitted the permit application and the city came back saying the property is in a flood plain area and I will need to get a survey done to go over next steps which is ($7k plus).

I have 3 applicants I would be happy to choose from and so far just have their application with background/credit check and employment, etc.Do I accept one applicant and then ask for proof of income, or do I ask all 3 for proof of income and then choose?
