Here's my first takeaway.Some of the people here are known quantities to me and I've been following them for quite some time. 

The most ridiculous thing I've done is turn a 40 ft school bus into a tiny house in order to free up our primary to be our 8th rental unit if I can pull it off ;-).

But those pipes would have to be very tiny.

Working for the man so to speak.The most valuable asset we all have, and we have it in equal quantity not matter how large our bank balance, is time.

More recently however, as affordability slips away and STR quantity increase, the regulation has become more strict and I can imagine that will continue as more actual hotels are built.

Our tiny cabin is located near Alki.

Deals definitely are harder to come buy so we started outsourcing our direct marketing campaign this month to increase quantity and consistency. 

Block on slab 3/1 (tiny 3rd bedroom) rented for $900/month. 

It either means they became real busy and successful or they have incurred nightmares over time with the properties and do not want to talk about it.The advice someone gave on here about quantity over quality is true.

Though, I don't think that quality of the good information has changed so much as the quantity of bad information has doubled, thereby obscuring things...This, interestingly enough, is reflective of the audience, Bill.
