In December 2021, the Heights on Katy deal was advertised at $70.4M, yet public records confirm $66M — another $4.4M concealed spread.After pointing this out publicly, responses from Brandon Turner BiggerPocket apologists online asked for my sourcing for the $66M figure which was curious because the cut and paste from the source was directly placed into the original LinkedIn article.
