The wholesalers who consistently bring real, workable deals are the ones you meet at REIA meetings, small investor meetups, and local networking groups.

They can be a great source if you're looking to identify active wholesalers in your area.If this will be your first deal, it could be worth trying to find your first deal yourself.

Find a good agent, Get yourself in a good area, and be picky about your tenants!
