Nice to meet you.  I can direct message you on this for more information if you're interested but there is a free monthly real estate network meetup in Oakland every month on the first Wednesday at Two Pitcher's Brewing in the East Bay.  The event is hosted by a multi-family investor. This is a great way to meet other individuals in the real estate space.  

My team will also start to host networking meetups in San Francisco as well for investors to get together. Will keep you updated on that as well.
